Interactive video projection, wood, masonite, plexiglass, and custom software
30" x 36"
One in a series of interactive light box projections excerpted from a larger, projection-mapped, window installation, Without_Within, exploring notions of interiority and exteriority within digitized meditative space. A Microsoft Kinect sensor captures viewers in real time and uses their overlapping, fading, colored silhouettes to dynamically create the imagery projected into the light box/window/frame apparatus. Viewers appear in different locations, as different colors, fading recursively towards a different vanishing point depending on where in the physical space they stand.
