A mandala drawing featuring a functioning QR code, and part of a diptych with Meditation 1.4.1 (Thusness, Elseness; Fourfold [RJP]). Created as a part of Fourfold, a 3 person, 2 venue, collaborative exhibition, it compiles imagery informed by the practices of my collaborators Christine Soccio and John Spano, and uses the floor plan of each respective gallery as the basis for the cosmological diagram.
This drawing was originally exhibited in R.Jampol Project(s) in NYC. The QR code, when scanned, brought viewers to live feed video of the second venue, Solo(s) Project House in Newark, NJ. Since the exhibition's closing, the QR code brings viewers to footage of the opening reception, providing further spacial and temporal dislocation.
